Power Backup:  100% power back up in common areas and some emergency points in each apartments is provided.  If the owner wishes to avail 100% power up in each apartment a charge of 12000 per k.v.a[ min 1.5 k.v.a and 10 k.v.a] would be levied. This provision would be subject to confirmation at the time of booking itself.

Water Supply: All water lines provided in bathrooms are concealed hot / cold water pipelines.
