 answered :

Firstly to get the market rate, you need to get in touch with the local agents so that can upgrade you with the current status prevalent in that locality...

Or else, nowadays there are lots of web-portals available at your service. So, you can even advertise with them and also advertising in  newspaper will be also beneficial...

 answered :

Three major causes:

1. Moisture in air (Chance of just 2%).

2. Plumbing system fault ( Blocked line strainer & leaking pipe).

3. Poor Damp Proofing both on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Take it as a major issue, and consult with an expert.
