This property belongs to Mr.Mathew (contact nos: 94471 47456 & 81578 87456), who’s born and brought up here, transferred to him as an ancestral asset. There had been no other transactions since 1966 and the title deeds are 100% clear for residential and commercial purposes. There had been bank loans in SBI & Canara Bank before and presently have approval for plot buyers to avail bank loans for purchase and construction.

There is an additional one acre without independent road access belonging to the neighbor with a small house. He’s ready to swap it with a small plot nearby with a single room house, for which we need to spend less than 25 Lakhs. In effect, I can get 2.4 Acres of land for a total price of 1.25 Crores for a joint venture project. If all these factors together can turn into a project, there should be substantial financial gains for the investor and the developer. The 1.4 acres of developed land and the additional 1 acre land could be developed in such a way that about half acre land is demarcated for common amenities and the rest is sold as plots.
